Medium: Ceramic & metal wire (635 ceramic candles and one real Candle mid of the installation)
Artist Statement: Candles hold a significant role in various cultures and religions, serving the same purpose of illuminating the darkness and providing comfort in times of fear, loss, and suffering. Despite the flickering nature of a candle's flame, it symbolizes hope and promises to bring light to the darkest of times. In this installation, I have created candles in honor of individuals, each representing their unique struggles and stories. May the light of these candles overcome darkness.
